Tegelgroep Nederland has now established itself at the Pannenhuis II industrial estate in Bemmel. The new distribution centre was developed by real estate group Goodman.
Tegelgroep Nederland supplies wall and floor tiles in the Netherlands and Belgium and has combined three of its existing warehouses in one location. By combining everything in one distribution centre, Tegelgroep Nederland can better serve its customers and achieve savings through lower transport costs.
The state-of-the-art distribution centre will meet high sustainability standards. Goodman started the construction of the distribution centre with VDR Bouwgroep in May 2019. The new logistics centre will be strategically located in Bemmel, in the middle of the Arnhem/Nijmegen region. It is 2 km from the A15 motorway, which will connect Rotterdam to Germany in the future as a result of the planned connection between the A15 and A12 motorways.
ArcelorMittal and its Specials department have contributed to the façade in the form of point profiles 55 mm high. B&W architects are responsible for the entire design and were able to create a special façade by using three different colours. In addition, the Isis 55 point profiles have been mounted in a variety of ways to create a particularly playful effect.
